Scholarship Programme Delivery
The emphasis of this breakthrough leadership initiative is to provide targeted professional learning and high-level mentoring to emergent talent and so significantly increase the number of Pasifika leaders progressing to senior and executive positions.
The 18 month BEST Pasifika Leadership Programme will enable growth and transformational change by:
- Giving participants working documents and practical resources, tasks and experiences.
- Offering two post graduate papers delivered by eminent and inspirational University of Auckland academics.
- Offering tailored mentoring and executive coaching to ensure participants' success.
- Ensuring that the programme is responsive to the individual aspirations of each participant.
How you can support a BEST Leadership Candidate
Donations to the Scholarship Fund can be made at all levels and include:
- Full Scholarship $15,000
- Donation towards a Scholarship $5,000
- Donation towards a Scholarship $10,000
- Donation towards a Scholarship $3,000
- Private Donation
