The mission of the BEST Leadership Academy is to build a large and sustainable pipeline of Pasifika leaders throughout New Zealand's public, private and not-for-profit organisations.

leaders who know the value of and who celebrate diversity! Your support will enable Pasifika talent to be recognised and to undertake this breakthrough Leadership Programme.
